The older serval was laying in front of the healers den, enjoying a nice soft breeze that hit his pelt softly and the warmth of the sun. The cubs where running around and playing withing his eye sight, all of them but a young lynx. She walked slowly around the small designated are for them as the other two plaid with each other, is not that she didn't want to play with them, she was just too shy to ask. Her long dark ears were folded back lightly as she walked aimlessly but keeping her green eyes on the other two cubs. It took her a while to realize where she was going, and it hit her just in time as she was about to collide into the gladiator that was taking care of them. Even tho Avita had told them already that this particular Gladiator was looking after them and to 'mind him' as the leader put it, which Aela figured it meant to be careful with him, she couldn't believe her eyes once she was so close to him. Her green eyes opened wide as she looked at him, it really was, it was Valon. The same Valon she has heard so much about since she came here, it was really him, in the flesh and bones. She stood behind the older feline speechless and without making any other sort of sound, she didn't know what to do, half of her told her to talk to him, is not like he's going to bite her, but the other told her to not bother him while he's watching them. She decided to leave the gladiator alone, he already had too many things to worry about right now, she wasn't going to bother him with stupid cub stuff. She tried her best to slowly back away without calling the attention of the once leader of the empire, once she got a good distance she jumped off to the grass and ran over to the other cubs, totally forgetting about her shyness as she did. Once she reached them she asked if she could play too, to which the other two cubs agreed with a smile, she looked back at Valon one more time, still not believing it was really him. Her ear flicked softly as the other cubs called her, she turn her attention to them and chased after them with a small giggle as they kept on playing.
